It is said that Madara can't become the jinchuriki because he is an edo.A moving corpse don't have real body.This is the reason why Madara can't become the jinchuriki of 10 tailed beast

But the other jinchurikis were captured by akathsuki were dead and reanimated by kabuto.But Obito modified them so that they have taled beasts in their body and have rinnegan and Sharingan.

You cannot seal chakra into a zombie.

The black rods worked simply because it was channelling the chakra from the Mazou.

Madara needs a body made out of living flesh to become a jinchuriki of a tailed beast.
