Fail, Madara stole people's power to awaken the Sage's power therefore he isn't the strongest. Naruto and Sasuke are both stronger. Furthermore, Hagoromo, Hamura and Kaguya neg him low diff.

Unlike with Sasuke ,Madara rinnegan wasnt free. Madara had to fight with Hashirama, steal his Dna and survive the battle which he did with Izanagi.

Madara fight for his Rinnegan while Sasuke Rinnegan was free thanks to Kabuto and Hagoromo. Madara became JJ by beating Bijuus and sealing them.

Same story is with Naruto.

Madara,Sasuke,Naruto didnt gain Rikudo power thank to their own power so your excuse is stupid.

And Kaguya ,Hagoromo and Hamura aint shinobi so JJ Madara indeed is the strongest shinobi.(Databook 4 also said this)

I genuinely believe Madara is the strongest shinobi that ever existed. In my opinion no one alive can beat him except maybe Sasuke because he had time to master the rinnegan. Naruto im not sure of because chakra balls arent a threat to Madaras rinnegan abilities. Also Madara had Infinite tsyukomi. Does anyone feel the same?

well in my opinion he is.......the only ones who come close to him are:-
1. Itachi(he is the only one who can actually defeat madara):- Totsuka blade
2. Naruto:- Clear defeat i doubt but pushing him to the limits is definitely on the cards
3. Sasuke:- if not defeat but will give him a run for his money.

others i don't think even matter to madara.............

Yea jj hagoromo beats madara likewise kaguya, but any form of madara with dual rinnegan + shinju + juubi beats either naruto or sasuke (he does'nt need the third eye to beat them individually), it goes like this kaguya > jj hags >= hagoromo yin/yang seal (I think he is the first meeting place for the bijuus, so even without the juubi he will have a similar power like naruto, so that plus his rinnegan and seals) > 3 eyed JJ madara > 2 eyed jj madara > naruto/sasuke

The problem with Hagoromo is he has no feat apart from him and Hamura defeating the Juubi. We don't know what jutsu Hagoromo has. We know all the feat Madara has and all the jutsu.
