In chapter 651, we have seen the next sword, the Nunoboko sword, the sword of the Hermit. That too from Obito's mouth who doesn't have his own Rinnegan.

In short, it seems like Madara nicely spoon-feed Obito about everything before he cut the connection between him and Gedo Mazo.
