Madara was OP as heck this chapter but I will show you through the power of #MangaPhux that Madara feared Sasuke and saw him as a threat.

Madara has finally interacted with Sasuke, though let's take a closer look at this interaction. Even without sight, it is obvious to see (even a blind man can see this) the sheer talent, power, and skill Sasuke possesses.

Madara takes notice in Sasuke's godlike kenjutsu, probably couldn't have dodged any of that without Hashirama's SM. He needed the strongest person's SM to dodge Sasuke's kenjutsu. Even still he got stabbed.

Now, Madara like a smart villain does what any villain would do when he sees a threat. Noticing the awesome power of the last Uchiha, he makes an offer to Sasuke.

Why else would Madara want Sasuke on his side? Because he's an Uchiha? Psh, that's BS, he sure didn't mind giving up Obito. He offered Sasuke to join him because he was a threat to Madara, i.e: Madara fears Sasuke. Sasuke doesn't care about Madara though, he knows he'll kick his ass in the end. That's why he tells him he's already dead.
