Madara is sasuke's Grandfather ?

Can be but great grandfather seems more possible but it would add more essence to the Sasuke if they were close relatives.

Fugaku was born way after Madara. Even if Madara had a kid, he would be as old, if not older, than Hiruzen.

Way after madara? konoha exists for some 100 years only. Its not a stretch for madara to be sasuke's or itachi's grandfather.

Once he got revived I started thinking this was possible, but more like a great grandfather. If you go back to Itachi explaining the bond between Madara and his brother it really makes sense. However I think your theory might earn you the rep of those of us who though Minato was Naruto's dad and Obito was Tobi. If it's too obvious people refuse to consider it.

Madara was already an adult when Konoha was founded. I'm not sure how old, but I reckon 25-30 at least.
