Sasuke hasn't come into contact with Madara yet, and even if it is placed on him we don't know if it's working.
It hasn't been stated yet either, and even if Madara doesn't have Senju healing, he doesn't need it,because he has Juubi healing.

The Senju healing wasn't even that great, if he didn't have a zetsu arm to take he would've most likely bleeded out and died.
Or it would just take extremely long for him to even get his limb back, but i doubt it would even have bones.

you forgeting sasuke dropped his sword and madra picked it up . so contact has been made , sasuke also had madara blood on his sword from the previous melee where madara got stabbed through the arm

also madara is losing influence over zetsu (yin+yang).
obito is currently in possesion of yin
and i have a feeling yamato is guna be in control of yang zetsu very soon
