When did I say "old people"? I said "older people". I didn't specify age at all, it only means people that are older than what I see as younger. Neither of which you know, so here is a specification for you.

Younger Age = 6-18
Older Age = 18-40

In general, people around the age of 18-40 has more chakra than someone younger.

Incorrect the sage was no warrior. He is usually referred to as a Sage or Priest of some sort.

No.

Madara was born to be a warrior in an age where chakra had been refined into a killing tool. He is a product of his experiences hence Madara is indeed a superior warrior to the sage.

Hence in a battle between the two, even if Madara's Rikudo mode is incomplete next to the sage I believe Madara would be the superior warrior of that match up.

Well first off its impossible for the juubi's nine pieces of chakra to "magical" grow more chakra than its original chakra composition. The reason why the bijuu went from "babies" to "adults" is because of the live giving effects of creation of all things. Also no old people dont have more chakra than "younger selves".Evidence? Refer to my comment above. So, they are creatures made completely of chakra, and they didn't get ANYMORE chakra what so ever when they became larger? That seems highly illogical.

It's quite simple, as regards it's Yin and Yang portions:

Jūbi's full chakra = Bijū's compiled chakra

The Bijū's compiled chakra pools cannot be greater than the Jūbi's because they are it's chakra. The Comparison still stands due to the fact that the Jūbi has been displayed to have 2 portions of chakra being the Inton and Yōton portions [Bijū] as well as the Shizen Enerugi portions it absorb's from the environment which can be used to amplify techniques or promote anatomical growth. Even if the current Jūbi reached it's final form it would still be missing the Hachibi and Kyūbi and inferior to the version Rikudō faced. ​

That isn't any proof and it doesn't even say against what I said. It simply explains how the Juubi is created through the combination of all the Bijuu chakra and Gedo Mazo Statue. As in the Spirital Chakra and Lifeforce coming from the two sources. If all the Bijuu's gained more chakra as a part of the growth they have gone through then the Juubi would have more chakra than it had during Hagoromo's era. Judging by the sizes, a complete Juubi in the current age would have at least 9 times as much chakra as the one Hagoromo faced. Even incomplete it has more chakra than the one the Sage defeated.

The Bijuu's are pure chakra, meaning that the natural chakra has no effect on them really. As that belongs to the Gedo Mazo Statue, so if they are larger, then they have more chakra. Another thing that can be provided as proof to this is that Minato sealed away half of Kurama's chakra, and as a result, Kurama became twice as small.

The "Size" of the Biju is not what you think it is. Its accumulation of Yin chakra, The Biju when they were "born" were very low on Yin chakra less than the whole Juubi itself hence the reduction in size. IE they didn't gain any memories or experiences from being a part of the juubi. Ergo they are new beings much like newborn children mentally. However their Yang chakra has never increased or decreased. Unlike a ninja once they are fully grown their reserves can increase through intense training of their bodies. The Biju can however "get smarter" IE their accumulated Yin chakra can be increased they can get more experienced in using their abilities etc.

The juubi however seems to be a separate existence, the only consistent thing here is the Yang energy of the juubi. Which seems to be held by the Gedo Mazo....maybe...

The reason this doesn't effect the reformation of the juubi is quite simple. The juubi is mindless and enraged. It doesn't seem to have much of a form of reasoning. IE it couldn't remember being the tailed beast. IT remembered Rikudo in the form of Naruto but that is ages past. IE its own Yin energy is locked away somehow. Ergo it has not changed since the Sage split the Juubi. Ergo Juubi = same size as before.

So6p after seperating the jubi into 9 parts in his old age created 2 sons via creation of all things [yes,they weren't via natural way,otherwise they wouldn't have got seperate power of sage in such detailed proportion and both would've inherited both the powers],and sealed the jubi in the moon after creating it,as in legend,in his death bed,means he must be on par with old madara in terms of age. To be exact, it means that they would only need 1/9 of each Bijuu's in order to gain the same power as the one Hagoromo faced. However, we don't know how much more Madara needs for his plan. That is the ground here, lack of information regarding Madara's plan.
