It's been foreshadowed by Tobirama that Sasuke's eyes will surpass Madara's. So I'm pretty sure one can't simply become stronger than the Uchiha ancestor. Also, if Madara was able to be defeated by hashi, then it proves it even further, since the brothers were at each others level, and it wouldn't make sense for one to somehow become stronger than the other since only their chakra was passed down. Plus in the series Naruto and Sasuke were shown to be equal in terms of power at all times, their new jutsu's all countered each other

That's exactly what I'm trying to say. Madara is not Indra anymore, but he was, and Hashirama was Ashura. Doesn't mean Madara is still Indra, etc.

Indra is not a spirit. Rather, his power is due to chakra gene that all his descendent posess. Thus, there is no need to talk about someone being Indra. rather, it is about someone having Indra's DNA. Therefore, every single uchiha is a valid representation of Indra. This is how biological Indra is. It was even stated by the SO6P that Indra inherited his chakra gene.

On the other hand, we have got our answer to the Senju bloodline subject. We spent the entire lifespan trying to figure out who are the Senju and why hashirama was the only one who was special. Now, we know the reason. The special guy of the Senju clan is exactly Ashura reborn.

Unfortunately, though everyone know that every uchiha with Sharingan has Uchiha power, and that Uchiha need transplant eyes to grow, they are building a new denial because reincarnation seems cool. Thus, if I say there is no reincarnation of Indra, I will be bashed. However, can anyone answer this question:

Why would Sasuke be Indra reincarnated given that he would never have EMS without Itachi's eyes? Why would Madara be Indra given that his Indraness depends on Izuna's eyes?

My opinion is that Rikudo was human + god-like being. One of his children took the human side (biology) and the other took the god-like side (reincarnation).

Currently there is no 'reincarnated' Indra in any ninja.
Hagoromo was all along stay inside Naruto, watching way Naruto doing, as similar to Ashura.
Only when the 'reincarnated' one die, or something did happen, He could move to another person.

It was the teaching of Indra theory is all it need for the Uchiha clan.
Madara & Obito mentioned that the scroll were written by The Sage himself.
As Itachi told Sasuke about the a special scroll hidden inside Uchiha clan.
Only those with special eyes could able to read.
This scroll purpose could be done by Indra, to get revenge.
Indra, as told by Hagoromo, he had special eyes.
That is why Madara, Itachi, Obito, Sasuke, etc, could able to self train from the scroll.
