We know that Hashi is Tsunade's grandfather. Lets suppose that Madara and Hashi were at the same age. So being a grandfather means about 50. But ninjas have children at a young age XD so lets say 45...and we know that the sannins were about 15 yrs older than Nagato. So Madara should have been at least 60 -65 yrs old when Nagato was born. But maybe my calcualtions are wrong so I'm open to discuss it...

I dont know when the world wars took place but Nagato was 38 when he died so the sannin are 15/16 yrs older. No matter how we look at it, being a grandfather is ok, lets say 40.....but thats the very very minimum....that makes 55/56...so if we would add 5, 10 or 15 ...
