If you guys noticed from latest chapter, it shows madara's face and the dark chakra thing engulf his face until he completely taken over. Its the same when Sauske fought Itachi, Orochimaru's Eight-headed-snake-dragon-sh*t took over Sauske's body, and then get sealed by Itachis susano.
Same thing will happen, after Kaguya get defeated and probably sealed, Madara's body will return naked.
