Madara's entity in this manga should perish for the better. He quite literally defies the essence of any ninja past or present. He is an edo first and foremost, quite literally undefeatable unless sealed. He has unlimited chakra due to the former as he cannot die. He has the full power of his body before he died with the full technique repitoire of Hashirama and to completely top it all off he even has the Rinnegan.

The guy is a freak in its literal sense "A thing or occurrence that is markedly unusual or irregular". He has to go. Period.
