We've never seen an Eight-Gates Guy, so I wouldn't think Madara'd necessarily "destroy" him.
I would say Madara is still stronger than the Eight-Gates mode (which should be very obvious), Guy may do some damage temporarily/permanently (somehow) in exchange for his life.

if guy tries to use close combat madara will black jinton his face and if he tries to use a long range attack like hirudora madara will use one of those bijuudama and crush him.

I'm not sure.....I feel Guy will turn out to be more than formidable. I do feel that Madara as he currently is should still defeat Guy in about 20 seconds. I believe Kishi will allow Guy to be able to compete due to Guy giving his life. I see it like this

9 beasts rolled into one, SM, Rinnegan, EMS, PS, Mokuton, etc. I do believe Madara should win, but Kishi will see it his way.

If 8th gate Guy is able to defeat Madara. That means he's stronger than all the beasts, Madara, "Hashirama" and Izuna put together I suppose. I can see him doing it, but then at the same time I cannot. We shall see....

first of all 7th gate is not a ninjutsu but nor it is defensive shield . It just pumps up your body chakra and the user can use extreme taijutsu.
Onydomous destroyed susanoo, blocked even the effect of 5 TBB explosions, destroyed all hokage clones and was the extreme defense and offense but This guy came there all of a sudden and block it like it was nothing.

We know how powerful guy was in 7 gate but blocking onydomous is really not of his caliber.

Seriously, I think it's obvious that Rikudo Madara > than all Guy forms
-Obito already proved that juubi jinks are resistant to all attacks that are non senjustu, the only shinobi currently that can even think about harming madara are minato ( we saw how that went), Sasuke + juugo, and Naruto considering hashirama is down.- Orochimaru might be able to enter DSM

Considering that Madara reacted to Minato ( who used Hiriashin)- guy can't even touch him, unless he becomes massivley weaker since obito took some chakra
look at it this way-Raikage in lightning armor is probably about as fast guy with a few gates- RM naruto is faster than that. BM Naruto ( human form w/ cloak) is faster than that.- Considering that juubito is massivly faster than naruto, gated guy doesnot stand a chance
-The second Guy gets near madara- he gets frozen in place like Tobirama and sasuke.
-Anybody thinking otherways needs to reread everything that happended after Obito absorbed the juubi..

I hope nobody believes that guy tanked a omnyouton orb-all that happended was that guy moved/pushed kakashi out of the way- the omnoyton orb was never shown to make contact with guy- if madara decided to expand the orbs ( like juubito did )- then kakashi and guy would be disintigrated.

Gai is going to put some serious hurt. Did people forget how 7 gates Gai trolled Kisame who seemed op as hell at the time? Will Gai solo Madara? No because the manga would be over.... Will he get stomped? Probably not.... I say probably because if you had told me SM Minato would get dealt with in one panel I would've laughed at you... Still I think 8 gates Gai is going to be on a whole other level, and its mainly just plot thats going to dictate the fight no matter how strong 8 gates Gai is.
