I kind of suspected he wasn't going to be the final villain before Sasuke.

I mean c,mon you can't make someone that died a long time ago that was defeated by Hashi the final villain of the series. That would be right D:

He no longer have hashirama power.
He no longer has Hagaromo chakra.

Kaguya took all that. Madara somewhere in there back in his base form.

And that's wayyyy to weak to stop kaguya
