Good point, however from a plot perspective if Hashi and Madz did get hit with Onmyoudon Bijuudamas then we'll never see them again which is too anti-climactic so it's not going to happen, so we are left with two propositions:

1. The Bijuudamas of the Flower were not Onmyōton-infused

2. They were Onmyōton infused but Hashi and Madz protected themselves from the blast with their Susanoo and Mokuton Construct.
