Dumbass didn't use Kyokaa suigetsu or his Bankai against Ichigo.......atleast Madara is going to fight with his full power after getting his Rinnegan back, since he knew he didn't stand a chance unlike dumb Aizen who let his overconfidence fool him!! XD
I don't know why is he so overrated in this site......he was strong but his strength comes no where close to Madara....Kubo just hyped him to infinity, but when it came to showing feats, they weren't that impressive considering he was Aizen.
I hope Kubo doesn't do the same with Juhaa Baach .....he is my favourite Bleach villain!!

Aizen may be better manipulator, but all that went down in vain when he lost his sane after getting power from Hogyoku. He is someone who lost to his own overconfidence after being blinded in power!!
Madara even after getting the power of the tree is sane enough to go and fetch his other eye, as he knew that he was outmatched unlike Aizen who didn't try KS or released his Bankai even after getting roflstomped by Ichigo!!
In power too Aizen is outmatched. So Madara is > Aizen....and we are yet to see what else he can do, but even if he creates a moon level Chibako tensei or drops the moon itself as a meteor.....wankers will still say Aizen > Madara who couldn't even tank island level(in potency not AOE) Mugetsu.
Although Dio Brando >>>>> both of them as a villain!!

if that was the case then Aizen wouldn't be rotting in a cell. Madara actually has his freedom and is FV btw. At the most, Aizen is kind of the Bleach equivalent to Oro.
