Madara is a superior villain to Kaguya

he was a puppet, a repeat of obito, a rip off of aizen, and a bland typical rule the world guy.

I agree with this, though he is better than Kaguya as a villain. But it isn't very hard to do that.
Also, Kaguya probably won't be sealed. No Kaguya means no Madara.
