Oonoki's jinton powered by tsunade's seal was the only thing able to take off these clones.

after becoming Juubi jin who knows how many woodstyle clones madara would be able to make. but moving on..

Limbo clones

with his dual rinnegan madara is able to make 4 exact replica's of himself that exist in an alternate universe. those only with the SO6P are able to sense them and those with the rinnegan are the only ones able to see them. madara was shown using the ability to switch himself with one of his replicas when in danger. making madara near untouchable even by those with SO6P abilities :
