The guy has gone psycho ever since he gained EMS. Which is cool, I like the fact that Madara is a maniac, it makes him more of an interesting character and develops him into a better antagonist IMO. I like him psychotic, it reminds me of how Sasuke was when he first gained the MS......very evil and cold, with no one else in mind to care for.

Good point, I guess that's just those Uchiha for you. We could say the same about Obito when he unlocked his MS when he massacred those Mist ninja or how he later turns into a person who turns cold and kills with no hesitation.
