Oh i see because you assumed he was madara you gave him original madara's powers when in this case my best guess is its more of a yamato/shodaime case
You know shodaime the legendary with huge powers etc
Then yamato his clone but not quite at the same level XD

Indeed Madara uchiha himself would have it but tobi hasnt shown useage and has been so far shown not to be madara therefore he will only have the tomo 3 sharingan with teleportation abilities

Well ive had mine for months now. Does this mean that I will lose space time? That seems a little unfair given that I took the test and everything based on the bio i have now. :/

You took the test for the characters abilities.
So basically you'll have a Tobi bio, since tobi is the one who has those abilities, even though we don't know his true identity, we know what his abilities are. So your madara bio will be tobi bio and all bios other "madara" bios will be on hold as we don't know anything about madaras abilities.

And since we are now unsure of if Tobi has MS, I think we should take away all MS abilities from him until proven otherwise.
