Madara in anime

Did anyone else notice that right around 7:40, right before naruto used a big rasengan, that madaras eye was already a rinnegan? It then went back to being a ems sharigan. It was before he "first" activated it to absorb the rasenshuriken.

Who hasn't.... It's a simple mistake and everyone seems to be over exaggerating it...

If you watch well, you would see that madara keeps his rinnegan activated for a few seconds. I think the animators wanted to convey to us that Madara was trying to switch to rinnegan perfectly or perhaps there is an animation mistake
