a boomerange is no comparison to a human with v2 lightning cloak lol. you cant use human physics to argue things in Narutoverse because human physics doesnt have Tbb or Susanoo or Lightning armor. Yes A's speed is the closest to teleportation in the manga without actually teleporting. Also added more to my previous post. Aaaand Im done here.

Well I did speculate on the Hashirama part. But Madara has shown to be able to react to near light speed attacks.

No but Minato is ._. Minato FTG > that girls jutsu and it takes time which would be like 15 min prep time for Minato.
You're mistaken about something... the kages weren't coming at them at light speed.. they LANDED at light speed.. then attacked... Mabui's jutsu carries you to a specific predetermined location... it wasn't some light speed blast at madara and muu.. they landed and came in for the attack... Once that happened , Madara simply used his sharingan's precognition to defend, while muu wasn't so lucky
