Madara - Hashirama

Did Madara not consider the fact that Hashirama could possibly come back, using the same jutsu (Edo Tensei) to bring back himself, or was he already aware Hashirama was sealed via Shiki Fujin?

Madara was never supposed to be brought back via Edo Tensei, and never knew that it had been perfected to such a degree. Nagato was supposed to revive him via Rinne Tensei. That was his original plan but that did not happen.

Yeah, I know but he keeps talking about how Hashirama is the only one who can stop him but he's no longer there, so has the thought never occured to him that Hashirama could also be revived by Edo Tensei?

You just repeated yourself, he did not, because Hashirama was already sealed in RDS.
