Tobi and Hiruzen Mainly due to prime Hiruzen. He is stronger than Hahirama and Then Tobi (assuming he has rinnegan) will hold off Madara(rinnegan+EMS+Mokuton) for a bit till Hiruzen can beat Hashirama. But Madara as a non edo is not going to have a ton of chakra to sit there and spam all the techniques. And Tobi's intangibility will help him a lot. But It depends on how they fight. If Madara beats Tobi first they win. If Hiruzen beats Hashirama first they win.

I go with team two as it seems it is ems madara here and hiruzen in his prime is enough to hold on hashirama for as long until tobi comes to his aid

Team 1, Hashi can take on Hiruzen while Madara for Tobi. There can be changes especially when Madara is Edo and can use mokuton. Then for team 2 Tobi can use the bijuu's.
