I don't think you understand. Let me put it into context for you.

Sasuke's has a strong Doujutsu and Naruto has an unlimited amount of chakra. However, their weakness is far greater than their gains as Sasuke has to recover his eye power from overuse and Naruto's Nine-Tail power being suppressed by Hashirama's Wood Power.
