Aren't both eyes faster than the single eye, so shouldn't kamui be better now? Or is the 2x buff still inferior?

Kamui only moves at double speed when both eyes are used together. The Manga has never really shown a long range dual Kamui snipe nor has it hinted that it's possible. And I know that someone will bring that portal thing here from when Obito was searching Kaguya's dimensions, and I'll just tell them now that it's a separate ability altogether. Independent of the usual warping.

DMS Kakashi was able to use long range Kamui so fast that the barrier outspeeded Kaguya's S/T portal and warped it before it could even complete. Rinnegan Sasuke was blitzed by that S/T and Rikudo Senjutsu Naruto barely dodged it; both could casually react to Juubi Madara's Linbo.

Kakashi stomps even without Rikudo chakra, Kamui DMS is simply too hax.

-Mokuryu and Hotei to deal with Bijuu and Bijuu Dama.

Nope. Marked or not, he'll need to make physical contact to warp them, as tags only let him warp to objects, he can't warp objects that are tagged, and that won't happen when he'll be getting manhandled by Madara.

Call me when Kakashi w/o Rikudo's power has the power to snipe a Full Kurama sized entity. If he wants to camp in the BM Avatar, then 12 BD Blades turn his protection into nothingness, then he gets banged on by Hashirama's clones. Not to mention Tobirama is still here, he'd use Hiraishin to escape any Kamui attempts and then Madara nukes Minato's Avatar right after. And chakra is no issue when:

-Minato can warp 100% Kurama and it's Bijuu Dama along with doing other things that took up some chakra beforehand.
-Hashirama has the largest chakra here, doesn't need his strongest techs in the fight, and has the chakra transfer technique.

No amount of team work helps Minato from getting raped by PS-Kyuubi

No amount of team work helps the bijuus from getting raped and smacked by Madara and hashirama (they are non factor)

Obito attacking tobirama by himself results in him getting marked and finished and no amount of team work helps him react faster than tobirama who has clones and back up from hashiramas clones

Honestly once the bijuus and Minato are down FTW can finish them off since any attempts of escape can be nullified by susanoo or mokutons

Stop putting no rikudo enhaced DMS Kakashi.

Without any kind of chakra power up he dies if he uses two mangekyo at the same time. In order to survive he should not use susano, which would be a huge nerf given the OP opponents on this thread.
