Well it says Nagato healthy so i assumed Edos were involved and no it doesnt state no edos... also Tobi has Nagatos eye so Nagato only has one eye if hes alive if Tobi has the Rinnegan

Nagato can take out a couple thousands easily with chou shinra tensei and chibaku
Madara can take another couple with meteors

Hashirama grow trees to trap a bunch in holes and make Madara spit fire into the trap

Minato, Sasuke can defend Nagato and Madara while recovering......

Naruto and tobi can go around pwning recklessly around.....

I think that if they work in group and cooperate well, they can pull it out.

onoki nukes hashirama. then kages force madara into PS and nuke him. there wont be any meteors or pollen since madara has allies.
hiruzen and tobirama fight sasuke. tobirama to take out sasukes katons. hiruzen for enma cage and soul removal. death god trumps yata
the 5 division captains plus killer bee take on nagato. kakashi preps kamui while bee covers nagatos vision in ink.
the rest of the fodders take naruto and tobi. naruto has 5 minutes and hes out of chakra with only SM to fight with. eventually kages and captains will join the fray. the strongest member of this is tobi. hes their only chance of survival by warping the dangerous kages and kakashi.

Madara can solo.

lets be honest here, the 300k zetsu are nothing

even third raikage died vs ten thousand fodders. 300 000 fodders is too much for anyone.

they are all scrubs with no power except for maybe 20. among those 20, who may or may not survive a minato's ftg and naruto kcm clones, are the five kage. they die because madara can beat them, he is showing that right now.

hes not edo. and killing 380 000 people is impossible even for minato and naruto. they overwhelm with sheer numerical force allowing kakashi to snipe people with kamui and onoki with jinton.

kages hold up madara and division captains + hiruzen take nagato

Hashirama defends Madara with Mokuton and Madara/Nagato spams meteors. But i don't know about the people who have Iron Sand and the Raikages.
