team 1 wins. lets be honest here, the 300k zetsu are nothing. naruto can use shadow clones and then throw minato's kunai at them and minato can take them all out. or naruto can just take them all out himself. the same can be said about almost all of the allied shinobi forces. they are all scrubs with no power except for maybe 20. among those 20, who may or may not survive a minato's ftg and naruto kcm clones, are the five kage. they die because madara can beat them, he is showing that right now. then you've got tobirama and hiruzen, hashirama and nagato can beat them, or you can add sasuke and the 3 of them would definitely win. who else? kakashi, gai, darui, bee, and asuma will be beaten by minato, tobi and naruto. minato and naruto rejoin the battle at this point because everyone else is dead in a matter of seconds (ftg and kcm clones). the only real problem i see for team 1 is running out of chakra. but seeing how every member of team 1 has insane amounts of chakra i dont see that happening. also, konoha 11 is weak, they die along with allied shinobi forces (temari and kankuro die too)

So team one do not have the Juubi then? Are they all normal or edo? If there normal they can all rush in and kill thousands and then die of Chakra exhaustion then Nagato would revive them all back and they kill a couple more thousand
