Not going to happen. From a literary stand point it's both terrible and good at the same time. Terrible in the sense that this would be a complete turn around for his character again in less than 10-20 chapters. It would be good because it stayed true to the moniker that Naruto established "Only I can save Sasuke". But I severely doubt that Sasuke will turn malicious again.
