Win count - win/loss - 1/0 is perfect

Madara - ?/2 - He lost the big fight with Hasharama and he also died in the war, a loss

Itachi - ?/1 - If I remember correctly, he only lose the fight with Sasuke

So, Itachi has the higher win count
