Madara has no MS ability? Except for Susano.

Well sasuke also don't have any unique i mean all he can use is Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi(not sure he can use that), Susano'o but he lacks his unique power, of course he got new power up which is still to be seen but besides that his MS also don't have unique ability.

sasuke's unique attack was enton, nobody else had that

Limbo is not an MS / EMS Tehnique. He didn't perform it before when he was using his MS on the battle-field as an Edo. Also, He can use the MS Genjutsu as he did so on Ae.

Also, Susano'o requirement is Double MS. Sasuke doesn't have Tsukuyomi either. He just has a regular MS Genjutsu like Madara. Itachi probably developed Tsukuomi as he was already reading the Uchiha Scrolls that contained the secrets of MS. It isn't farfetched to state this.

No, Danzo said "Congratulations on casting an illusion on me... But... That's nothing compared to Itachi's Tsukuyomi, which could control the length of the illusion." This means that Sasuke used a genjutsu that wasn't as good as Tsukuyomi. Tsukuyomi is not one of Sasuke's techniques.
