I want to clarify this, Madara only has his cells.. not his damn brains and also he doesn't know every single jutsu Hashirama had. Its not even hinted that Madara has Hashirama's medical ninjutsu.. If he had it, he would've mentioned himself when he told us about Hashirama's medical ninjutsu abilities. .

Stop saying, Madara has everything Hashirama had in his arsenal.... He doesn't.. he has only shown Hashirama's mokuton techs nothing else.

I think Obito is proof he does. Because Obito is using that Hashirama celled attachment to his body then he is able to instantly heal without having to do hand seals. I guess since Madara has a more complete attachment of Hashirama then his healing would be about the same if not on par with Hashirama since Madara can use Hashirama's powers that are on par with Hashirama's at the moment. Madara clearly states to Tsunade that Hashirama was able to heal himself without hand seals(which he is referring to Hashirama's medical ninjutsu) and we see that Obito pretty much heals without having to do hand seals. I think its because of the life force that is within Hashirama's chakara that allows them to heal. It is VERY similar to the 9tails fox life force chakara.

Honestely i think madara has medical ninjutu skills and theres already proof he had it, he was able to transplant eyes etc. so its possible he HAS hashirama high level medical skill but maybe not at his level

Well it says without "hand signs".. hand signs are for jutsus ;x soo. I think it was a medical ninjutsu mate. Not because of his Mokuton or etc you mentioned. Transplanting stuff i pretty common by now in Naruto

You are missing the point. All of Hashirama's unique powers were given to Madara. This is why he is able to use Mokuton in the first place. Hashirama being able to self restore and heal is because of his life force chakara. It is nearly the exact same as the 9 tails because the 9 tails yang chakara does the exact same thing. When Madara gained Hashirama's DNA he obtained all of Hashirama's "unique" abilities. Why do you think Madara can use his wood style in the first place? Its because Madara has "yang release" which means that Madara also has Hashirama's self restoring abilities just as Obito has displayed.

Madara can OBVIOUSLY auto heal like Hashirama. Maybe not on Hashi's Level, but if Obito has this ability, So does Madara
