Madara had the regenerative abilities of the juubi. Naruto didn't. Hagoromo wouldn't unless
we are referring to the juubi jin version. Furthermore, Naruto was out of chakra. Madara was
severely injured while Naruto was both severely injured and out of chakra. There's a huge
difference there. Without chakra, all of the strongest shinobi are not much stronger than
any human of the real world.
Naruto had all the tailed beasts, it was yang release from Madara not the Juubi that gave him regen.
According to your logic, why doesn;t Naruto just go back into RM after he recovered at grow his arm again? because he can't. There's no difference, Naruto simply does not have regen because his yang release (and the sage's) is weaker than Madara's
You forgot one detail. The Sage, SPLIT the powers in-between Naruto and Sasuke. and who's powers did Madara obtain? THE SAGE'S! which would mean that the sage has even better healing than Madara's. But there is no way to prove this as we haven't seen the Sage fight, and I'm 99% sure that we aren't going to.
Healing is only the yang half, combining powers doesn't do anything. If you gave naruto sasuke's rinnegan, he still wouldn't be able to regen, there are no emergent properties. Only Madara has regen (and Kaguya) the sage doesn't.
Except Naruto ran out after the fight. There can only be an actual comparison if he in his mode was damaged the same way. And besides, Kishimoto through the DB actually placed his mode above Madara's.

The Juubi doesn't give regen properties. Also, Naruto didn't lose any power, that's like saying Sasuke lost the rinnegan, but he still has it after sealing Kaguya.
