Does it really matter? He has not shown it so it is not a feat. As long as he hasn't used it, it remains hype, and hype is unusable in debates. Saying Obito is more reliable than Sasuke is slightly biased. And I meant to say MS, not EMS. He didn't have EMS back then lol.

From what the manga has given us, there are no such evidence that Madara has Susanoo. People constantly bring up the fact the Itachi said you need both Ama. and Tsuy., which isn't true. It was ONLY true for Itachi. Sasuke happens to also have the same MS abilities as Itachi due to bloodline (assumption).

However, Sasuke says you ONLY need to awaken both MS eyes in order to awaken the 3rd power, Susanoo. This is the most up to date explanation provided by the Manga which also explains why Obito cannot have Susanoo, (only has 1 eye). Not because he doesn't have Ama. or Tsuy.
