Becoming Juubi's jinchuuriki allows you to nullify any ninjutsu apart from senjutsu.
This means Kamui won't work and so, Kakashi is screwed.

Kishimoto knew that Kakashi can 1-hit-KO the main villain on the spot, that's why he made it impossible in multiple ways:
1. When Edo Madara showed up, Kakashi couldn't Kamui him whole because Obito would warp him back. And he couldn't kamui-snipe, because he was an edo and would regenerate, which would only waste Kakashi's chakra.
2. When Kakashi returned from Kamui dimension, Madara was kilometers away so again, he couldn't warp him.
3. Now when Madara is coming to Kakashi, he's a Juubi's jinchuuriki, so once again, Kamui won't work.

Kishi had it all thought through.

2. Kakashi (who already had intel on all of Pain's Rinnegan techniques) implied nothing (apart from Obito) can stop Kamui.

This is just to differentiate him from regular Madara. Will come especially handy in various discussions and VS threads, where "Madara" alone could imply two "versions" of him, which differ in power greatly.

Exactly what I was wondering. As long as Kakashi's eye is open, being immobilized shouldn't make much of a difference. He'd still warp him.

If Minato with his speed had time, I'm sure Madara has. Activating Preta Path doesn't take much time. Madara's speed as Juubi Jinchuuriki also increased drastically. Plus that Kakashi can't Kamui current Madara with Juubi in himself. Minato was already able to counter Kamui, Madara also stated already that it's no big deal to deal with it.

You have a point, but remember that Kakashi's kamui is faster than Obito's. Just because Minato was (barely, mind you) able to react to Obito's Kamui doesn't mean he would be able to escape Kakashi's.

Also, Madara's speed increase when becoming a jinchuuriki doesn't matter, because we're discussing whether Madara could counter Kamui before absorbing Juubi. Right now it's obvious Kakashi is screwed.

You have a point, but remember that Kakashi's kamui is faster than Obito's. Just because Minato was (barely, mind you) able to react to Obito's Kamui doesn't mean he would be able to escape Kakashi's.

It took Minato at that point some miliseconds to realize that he was being warped. With full intel I don't think he couldn't dodge. Kamui isn't instant, the moment you realize it's being used on you, you have time to dodge it, if you have a working counter. And Preta Path can be done simply through eyes, there's no need for waving your hand or something, which would take considerable time. Current Madara indeed doesn't need to dodge it, since Kamui doesn't work on Juubi Jinchuuriki.
