It is very likely, that Madara has awakened the Sharingan through the events he witnissed during the war, but MS? I doubt it...

Thank you, all of these. Are people really forgetting about what Itachi showed Sasuke? As much as people PRAISE "lord" Itachi so much, you would think everything he says, people make sure to listen.

You need to KILL someone close to you to obtain the MS. Sasuke killed Itachi. Kakashi killed Rin and since his and Obito's eyes are connected, Obito awakened it as well.
