Blitzing does not automatically make one character faster than the other. Offense is frequently faster than defense, especially when paired with reactions being required to evade. It is perfectly possible for a character to be roughly the same speed as the person they are blitzing.

Madara's attacks with his orbs are roughly around Kamui's transportation (instant teleportation) so that is why Kamui later is able to teleport Sakura before she can be hit by that black staff. Everything is literally decided by a small window of time were talking planck scale here.

With Guy its the same thing his movements are roughly around Kamui's transportation and Madara's speed. When Kakashi is warping the black sphere Guy gets there roughly around the same time he is done. This is evident by the top box showing Kamui is still warping and when Guy lands his hit the hole has a perfect circular shape.

Note: Guy using Night Moth is faster than EE Guy and Madara when he blitzed Sage Minato is faster than his orbs.

So long story short they are around the same speed.

This can apply to other characters especially Naruto and Sasuke

the thing is that kishi doesn't care about physics... all he does is create scenarios and situations where someone pulls off an emotional win...! madara was having problem with gai's speed but minato, lee extra were keeping track of him with normal eyes... and even pulled off a combo attack.. sasuke with similar sharingan to madara was nowhere near tracking Ay and madara was keeping up with lightened Ay..! Naruto's giant FRS didn't do much to bound n helpless edo madara...! tobirama an ftg user was pinned down with like 10 rods... madara not trying anything against gai even though he was on the verge of dying but was able to use limbo and other techs against sasu naru combined... and the list goes on...
