Restrictions: None.
Notes (advantages/disadvantages):
The team is using their full power.
Hashirama and Madara have the potential to fuse SS and PS.
Gai starts at 7 Gates so he does not die right when the battle starts.
Madara gets the Kyuubi.

Bloody hell: Sasuke and Naruto when they were weak (EMS and regular BSM) fused and fought with Juubito evenly. Imagine what Madara and Hashirama could do (especially because they're also getting the Kyuubi).

OT: I'd say JJ Madara is about the same level as the sage, But the sage is pretty much featless.
