I don't think this is Kishimoto's FB at all, if you look at one of his albums, he uses unofficial translations in posting panels:

I seriously doubt Kishi or his editors (especially the Manga's publisher Shueisha) would showcase or support fanmade english translations from *********** or Mangapanda.

Not to mention the date of that post is May 29th, that chapter did not officially come out until June 3rd, even in Japan. So why would he post a panel which has not even been officially released yet? And it is from a scanlator group, because I just looked at the official Viz trans and it is obviously not the same as that, the official translation says Wind Style:Rasen-Shuriken, and Inferno Style! Flame Control! So yes, fake facebook, just from those facts alone.

Not necceceraly. Bad translation is inevitable, especialy with languages with different alphabets.
