[Predictions] Madara foreshadowing something with his words?

When Madara defeated Tobirama, he stated he was of a higher plain than he and Hashirama and that he was was nurturing a new eye, but was unsure it would stick with him. Immediately afterward, it switched over to a close up of Sasuke. Prior to this, he complimented on Sasuke's eyes and more or less implied on taking them after trying to coax him into joining him. And prior to this, Orochimaru stated Sasuke possesses the potential to surpass Madara.

What I'd like to know is if this is more foreshadowing for Sasuke becoming antagonistic again and obtaining something that Madara cannot, possibly because Sasuke is Indra's reincarnation now. Could this foreshadow that Sasuke may have obtained the nine tomoe sharingan and Byakugan or something else? Maybe I'm looking too much into it, but it's been bothering me for a while now.

however i am hoping for a greater variation of a sharingan
