i have a question for you guys.

What if Sasuke used Kirin on Madara (only the 3 tomoe , in this case , he couldn't use amaterasu , nor tsukuyomi , nor susano'o , nor kyuubi , nor uchiha fan , nor his sword or how it's called) , would Madara be able to dodge or thank Kirin?

you do not need senju dna for inzanagi as far as I know. He used it once before he put Hashiramas meat in his wounds. :|

That's an awful lot of restrictions. I don't really think Madara could survive with those restrictions without using izanagi. Tanking or dodging aren't options. The lightning moves too fast to dodge and I doubt his body could tank it without susanoo. Itachi couldn't dodge it and had to use susanoo, I would assume Madara would have to do the same.

You aren't quite wrong. You need Senju dna to use Izanagi to its full potential . Say, to prolong the time of use. With senju dna Danzo was able to use each eye for ~1minute. Obito was able to use each eye for ~10 minutes. But without it, you can only use each eye for ~5 seconds. But you can still use it.

Unless Madara has SM, he can probably dodge it, but even that doesn't seem possible. Again, if he has SM, he can tank it. Maybe

Senju DNA is only needed to extend the amount of time it lasts. Danzo used it without Uchiha DNA, Madara before obtaining Senju DNA and Itachi noted many Uchiha in the past had used it.

Obito's speech in that scan is just rigamarole, nothing more.
