So I believe everyone now realizes that he's stronger than the sage himself, which makes his only competition Kaguya. They have about the same power, but he has two rinnegan instead of two byakugan which gives him that little bit of edge. Therefore, Madara>Everyone.

i actually thinl that kaguya is still way stronger. the sage said that the whole point of the infinite tsukiyomi was to get to kaguya's power.so he needs the power of everyone so that the fruit can bloom and he gets that power. now if he gets that power he would be more powerful.
