Madara doesn't know about M.E.P.[Theory]

What if Madara doesn't know anything about moon eye plan. What if the plan Madara's been referring to all this time is just him being the jinchurriki of the Ten-tails and him becoming god of the world. That sounds much more like Madara then Moon Eye Plan, don't you think?

I can't see Madara wanting to put the world into a boring eternal genjutsu, he wants power and to be a leader.
I think Obito's the mastermind of Moon Eye Plan. Maybe thats why Obito woudn't answer Madara when he asked about the plan so far.

I used to think otherwise. But well if Madara was also planning the M.E.P. then why would he need the Kyuubi and Hachibi if Obito said he doesn't need them for the M.E.P.

They would both just try to hold them off or kill them without trying to capture the 2 Bijuus.

My takes on it is that Madara wants the Juubi for something else in which he needs it to be complete(perhaps be its jinchurriki). Obito doesn't seem to need a complete Juubi for M.E.P. Since he's just aiming to reflect his eyes upon the moon.

Obito himself said that the Juubi would be stronger with them, he just said they were unnecessary. In other words, he's less of a perfectionist, and he didn't have the ability to fight 4 of them together and take both the Hachibi and Kurama.

I used to think this also, M.E.P just seems out of character for Madara. I mean doesn't Madara enjoy war? So why eternal peace through the use of a genjutsu? But anyway no one knows.
