Madara doesnt have the cursed seal because He lived hundred of years ago even before orochimaru was born. I dont know why people keep saying that oro will come from madaras neck. Opinions?

The time Madara lived has no relevance to Oro possibly putting a curse mark on him . Kabuto clearly said Madara was advanced further than his prime when he summoned him.

Madara's edo was specially made by orochimaru(yeah yeah nd kabuto but oro did most of the work) so my theory is that he might have added the curse seal which contains his dna(to ensure his return was ascertain in case if he was ever killed) jst lyk how they added hashi's DNA....
Anyway dats my theory!!!

and he revived him with edo and put the mark on him
