Honestly; every time a character gets new feats people jump the gun and hop straight on the feller's meat the first chance they get. They see Madara lose some cloth and they line up around the block with their mouths wide open ready for some Jukai Kotan. Give the lad a brake, he's not even been alive 20 pages.

- and think that he's suddenly got Hashirama's advanced healing technique, when last I checked there's nothing that states it has any relation to Mokuton at all.
What makes it funny is that in that very scan Madara's quite clearly noming on some poor sap's Kyuubi Chakra Cloak. None of these people stopped for a second and thought maybe it was because of that? Considering it's been manga fax since the Chuunin exams?

I don't know, it'd be nice if it was Hashirama's technique but in all honesty the evidence that it's just the Cloak he absorbed is most likely.

If he couldn't heal, his arm wouldn't be able to move due to ripped muscles and tendons/nerves. Its not even about Rl logic because this level of RL logic applies to naruto. He must have some sort of healing ability. The most you can see is the blood left over from the wound but no open wound

He was clearly absorbing the chakra, remember when he said is this all the chakra?? i can handle this much he felt the chakra he had got then and went on to absorb more chakra to help his recovery since his chakra was low considering he has no eyes. The Biju are just chakra absorbing them may not be as hard as we think. But are you tryign to say hes only healing because of the chakra he's absorbing?

There's anyone question that rises in that scan, How did Madara absorb that chakra? He doesn't have his Rinnegan at that time and even said he'll take Sasuke's eye until they returned plus the Rinnegan lets you absorb with your hands. He did it with his foot and the only ways we do know he can absorb chakra are with the Rinnegan or wood jutsu so this has to be something done by Hashirama's wood jutsu or some unknown power.

Also it was Madara who first even mentioned Hashirama can heal without hand signs so it can be a foreshadowing as well. So it can be either or at this point, I would say Kurama's chakra but too many people where talking about how Naruto's chakra doesn't heal others and only give stamina. One of the dumbest argument i heard was when Shikamaru had his chakra absorbed and was dying, one person said Naruto's chakra wasn't healing him because he needed chakra not healing and Naruto's chakra is only like an armor the is outside their body and was slowly going in Shikamaru's body. We all know Naruto's chakra starts from inside their body and goes out or how would it make their jutsus stronger also they said Naruto's chakra was moving on its own and was recovering Shikamaru. Shikamaru had a chakra cloak so he didn't need chakra, he needed healing which is what Tsunade did.

I do think it's Naruto's chakra that healed him but he did talk about when 2 force are working together to Hashirama so who knows.
