Madara didn't have sussano before EMS

this is just a theory, don't flame

but i think madara awaken sussano when he fought the senju clan w the EMS, because we never saw him use it with the MS. So far in the series we've only seen sasuke and itachi use sussano naturally and they both could have the same powers cause their brothers and thats just a connection. but as for shisui and obito they both had 1 individual technique that wasn't related to susaano, which is why obito said it is rare for two eyes to awaken sussano. maybe izuna had amaterasu and madara had tsukiyomi. meaning madaras other eye and izunas other eye could have another power we don't know about. maybe madara's tsukiyomi is in both eyes and thats how he'd cast such a stronger tsukiyomi on the moon. and then when he got izunas eyes he got the amaterasu too and then madara got sussano. kinda makes sense.. madara sussano fluttered a lot differently when we first saw him use it against hashirama, it seemed like a new technique.

Summary: Madara had double tsukiyomi with MS, Izuna had double amaterasu with his MS

Double Tsukiyomi + Double Amaterasu = EMS Madara = PS Sussano?

thats true but i think its kinda interesting madara could've or has double tsukiyomi, but yes it does not matter it does not affect or effect the story.

I mean, it's not a terrible theory. But, just because we've never seen him use it doesn't mean he didn't have it. Madara is pretty exceptional, chances are he had access to Susano'o before EMS.

Also, Obito did state Susano'o is very rare, but who do you think told him about a technique as rare as Susano'o? If it's as rare as he says, ( which it is ), who else other than a Mangekyou Sharingan user could tell him about it.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe you need Amaterasu & Tsukiyomi to awaken Susano'o.

So, Madara would have Amaterasu.

i think they're equals if we don't say hashirama is stronger. hashirama's wood style is on a way higher scale than madara's, madara even said so. the only thing madara has over hashirama is the rinnegan, and this time when they fight he does not have the kyuubi so it balances out some. and i don't know if hashi has jutsu that can directly be absorbed by the rinnegan, idk if u can absorb wood style. hashirama is undead and has unlimited chakra too. stronger wood style too.

So, Madara would have Amaterasu.

which is why he got it with izuna's eyes. we will see it soon though, we haven't seen madara truly fight, we will see all of his abilities fighting hashirama. PS vs Statue ahhh lets go!

Well, that's some good, critical thinking. I just wish Kishimoto would clear everything up regarding the Sharingan, and all of it's evolution's. The moment we "know" exactly how they work, Kishimoto squats over, and shits all over everyone by directly contradicting things that were previously explained. It isn't a "plot hole", though. At any time, he can clear it up completely. A "plot hole" cannon exist in a series still in production, because the writer can just come up with someway to make it all fit.

Are those all the known abilities at this point, or are there more? We know that Itachi used the techniques with the opposite eye that his brother did. He was more inept with Tsukiyomi, and Sasuke was more inept with the black fire. It would stand to reason that there may be a couple more abilities waiting to be shown, followed by some explanation.

no, scale is same... yet they are equals because madara did learn use mokuton on same scale that hashirama himself but his body isn't same, in addition madara have sage's eyes.. and hashirama's sage body, while in sennin mode hashi's attacks far surpass madara's without kyuubi he is forced to use rinnegan life span shorting techniques to counter that level of attacks..

shinshuusenju easily tame all nine beast that should say something about having sage body "mantle"
