Madara did intend to kill Hashirama

I've heard alot of people in here say that Hashirama beating Madara doesnt prove anything about their match-up.

They say that Madara wasnt fighting with the intend to kill, and was only fighting to get some of Hashiramas DNA, and thats true.

The thing is just, that the easiest way to get it, would be to kill Hashirama, and then take the DNA.

So if Madara realy was stronger than Hashirama (which is pretty much overruled by the manga now) then he would just have killed him and then taken the DNA.

This is my opinion. Give me yours :scorps:

The fight does not add up, Madara should have spammed ameratasu, and Susanoo.
I dont see how he lost, he had EMS + 9 Tail...

How do you know he didn't use Susanoo? As for Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi, it's likely he can use them but he hasn't been seen doing so yet.

Somehow u fanboyz don't get it even madara himself has already praised hashimara above himself..so i don't see the point of this,
Besides if he wanted the dna,he would have just got it without bringing the 9tail

Wel it didnt seem like he used his mangekyou abilities(Susanoo Ameterasu and Tsuykyomi)
In that generations fight, he probbaly used most his chakra for kurama and had thought it would be enough to kill him
So he shoudlnt have alot chakra after summoning

+rep you saved my effort madara coudn't win so he was satisfied with 1syt cells and made a looooooong plan.....

All I know is that Hashirama defeated Madara with the Kyuubi at his side, and left him knocking on deaths door. How he did it is irrelevant, but knowing what Madara is capabale of I can come to the conclusion that Hashirama was one badass SOB.

Amaterasu is a slow burn so I think Hashirama could probably leave through it if he got hit by it.

I know this is an assumption, but thats how discussions are born, so deal with is.

I dont think Madara used so much chakra on controling Kurama, that he couldnt use his EMS-abilities. Tobi was still very able to use his S/T vs Minato, which i also think is very chakradependant. (breaking a fundamental law of fysics and what not)

And btw. EMS-abilities are strong, but not invincible. So just because Madara lost doesnt mean he didnt use his EMS-abilities
