He observed the way to obtain the Rinnegan, but there is still things there he hasn't read, maybe about the Juubi and peace and stuff.

no he read the whole thing one way or the other cause after he obtain the rinnegan he implanted them in nagato and he had obito have him decipher it i think i heard that in the anime around the time they were putting pian into the story,OR he found a way to dicipher it without the rinnegan that how he kne to take hashi cells in the first place, O! and the tablet do not i repeat do not tell you how to get anything, prob. love lost to obtain a normal sharingan but....noy MS,not EMS OR rinnegan for that matter were TF you get that from????

I don't if you're retarded, or what, but I'll explain it clearly.


Sharingan reads some.

MS reads more.

Rinnegan reads most.

Madara only observed it with the MS, which probably told him how to obtain the Rinnegan.

No one with the Rinnegan has observed the tablet, so someone still needs to.
