We know that both Madara and Izuna gained the MS around the same time but Madara was the only one who got blind and did it more quickly then Izuna, why? Is there something special with Madaras eyes only or what? Maybe it has to do with him being cursed and he discovered the EMS by accident cuz all he really wanted at the moment was to see again and he gained more power as a bonus, Itachi said that he was possesed by the Mangekyou and what´s up with that creature standing behind Madara with 4 sharingans? We saw the same creature standing behind itachi in a genjutsu but it had only 2 sharingans, i know it is a shitload of questions but do your best!

What he meant by "possesed by the mangekyou he meant that madara was captivated by it's powers and used them too much therefore he went blind quickly, I mean, look at kakashi, he is just starting to get blind and i bet you he had the ms even longer than sasuke (who went blind first) soo, its by used not by being "curse".

Madara was power hungry. He was a proud uchiha and proud to be the first to unlock ms. He took over the clan and He took every fight seriously and wanted to destroy the senju. So he used his ms every chance he got. Kinda like when sasuke fought danzo. Just kept spamming ms until he was almost blind. I bet that's what madara did.

Madara can have been cursed. The creature that was also seen from Itachi, thats way he said to Sasuke "Once you have the same eyes I have obtained, can you defeat me." It can mean he was trying to tell Sasuke something. Madara being cursed by the creature can be the reason he wants to be complete. Saying that, Madara died probably with the EMS. Madara probably was surpressing the creature until Madara was weaken by The first Hokage. Madara wasn't after the First Hokage's DNA, but the creature was. After the battle, it left Madara a shell of his former self. The creature could have known the secrets of both MS and EMS being the reason Kakashi's Sharingan doesn't work on him. Just a Theory. I could be overthinking. LOL

The creature behind itachi is the same creature behind madara. It's just that madara took his brothers eyes so there are 4 sharingan. And itachi was acting like he wanted to take sasuke eyes so when the creature showed it only had two sharingans and two more spaces for where sasuke sharingans will go if he took them.
