Madara "creating" black zetsu

Madara "created" Black Zetsu (at least he thought he was doing so), but if Black Zetsu already existed, what made Madara "create" him, so to speak? I mean, he thought he was creating him, so how did he learn how to "create" him? How did Black Zetsu even get out of Madara's hand onto white Zetsu, if Black Zetsu wasn't created by Madara???

If you look closely you can see madara is connected to the juubi shell (kaguyas will) while he makes black zetsu. And there is the black rod madara says obito should use when he summons the mazou which may have played a part.

BZ probably sent himself inside the Gedo Mazo and trasfered through it to Madara and out into the white zetsu, the same way he apparently funneled trapped IT victim's souls into the white zetsu bodies Madara made with the Mazo.

If Black Zetsu is Kaguya's will, Madara created Kayuga's will instead of his own. Although, Black Zetsu was already created before his time, thus, two Black Zetsu were created, but that was not implied.

Black Zetsu is a ckakra entity when Madara synced withed the Mazo Black Zetsu entered his Network ad laid dormant acting only to manipulate them. This is How Kaguya's will passed on as the she is the tentails and the Mazo is the tentails's corpse synchronizing with the Mazo means syncing with Kaguya and becoming her pawn. When Madara used Will materialization all he did was call up Black Zetsu and believed that black zetsu was created from His chkara
