The jutsu law is if you can undo a jutsu, you can can cast that jutsu.

I assumed Rinnegan cast the jutsu and the tailed beasts increase the range of the jutsu.

Sasuke used susanoo as a vessel to use all of the tailed beasts power.

So is it possible for Sasuke to cast IT if he wanted? If so, Madara should've done that!

Sasuke doesn't have the Chakra for it and not only that he doesn't have the Rinne-Sharingan nor is he a Juubi Jin. Only somebody with Juubi level Chakra reserve's can cast IT.

They undid it by casting genjutsu on each other. That is basically canceling a jutsu out, not undoing it.

Yep, that sounds about right.

Example: It takes a hefty amount of chakra to cast a genjustu (30% itachi substitute said so), but it only takes one person to distrupt the powerful ocular genjustu.

It doesn't take much at cancelling th ocular genjustu, as long as the chakra type is there, you're fine.

Think about it, how can sakura's chakra level compete with itachi?

Sasuke doesn't have the Chakra levels to activate it. Before you bring up the argument just because he can dispel it he can cast it well that's not the case.

At the end of there battle Naruto and Sasuke had both of their arms missing and Zero Chakra could simply dispel it by putting there hands together. Dispelling it isn't that hard.

For activating it you have to reflect your off the Moon onto the entire planet and then you have to gather everybody in the World of Tree's Genesis something Sasuke doesn't have.

So let's be real here Sasuke doesn't have the Chakra to cast the Infinite Tsukuyomi.
